She Shot TV showcases women in the film, television and online industries who bring stories to audiences around the world.   

She Shot TV began as a WIFT Victoria initiative aimed at celebrating and promoting the incredible talent of those working behind the entertainment scenes  in Australia.  On the eve of International Women's Day in 2016 a television special screened on Channel 31 in Victoria and in Perth on WTV interviewing the next wave of incredible women film makers. 

It was so successful that another special was created interviewing some of Australia's Top 100 finalists at the St Kilda Film Festival 2016.  With such a positive response to both these specials a series was then commissioned. 

Thanks to the Community Broadcasting Foundation  a series of 8 episodes was produced and screened on Channel 31 in March 2017.  The series will screen on Channel 44 in Adelaide in November 2017 and will be repeated on Channel 31 over the Christmas break 2017.

Series one was hosted by Stella Dimadis  with Chris Keogh as a roving interviewer and was directed by Vilash Patel.  Discussions are now underway for a second series.

Applications to be interviewed or volunteer on the program are encouraged and these can be sent through with an expression of interest.
